Yet another LA poem

How do I see me?

How do others see me?

How do I want to see me?

The birds sing so lovely, it is a joy to meet the waking day and not say any words.

At least in Tacoma Hills, when you don't have chills.

During school time at Kinawa Middle School, homework is similar to a never-ending sea.

I try to do my best, but prefer it done before the sun sets in the west.

Currently thirteen, but soon within a seven-day, I'll be fourteen before May.

I love to read, but have a hard time planting a seed.

To remark, I love the dark

Especially when it is silent and non-violent

My Mom told, me when asked, that I am studious and I fuss,

Over Responsibilities and having everything done; that seems to weigh a ton.

She said I was sharing and caring,

Remarked over my resourcefulness, and self motivation

I want to be honest, kind, and keep my high standards and so I try to be.

I want to be able to fulfill my goals and keep my promises.

But wanting is not the same as doing, no it is harder.

But trying is better than nothing,

Because nothing gets you nowhere.
